• Is your parking covered? No. It's an open-air facility with 24-hour on-site security. • Are you open 24 hours? Yes we are. • Do I need to make a reservation? No. You can just drive in. • How far are you from LAX? We’re located a ½ block from LAX on Century blvd. • How often do your shuttles run? Our shuttles depart every 5 minutes. • Where do I wait for the shuttle to pick me up when I return? When you return from your trip please wait for our shuttle at the “Hotel & Courtesy shuttle” stop under the red sign. The red sign is located outside the baggage claim to your right. If you’re at terminal 7 the red sign will be on your left. Please keep the boarding card that the driver will give you when you check in to help you find your parking space. • Do I pay when I enter or when I leave? You pay when you return from your trip. We accept all major credit cards and cash. • What are your rates? Our rates are based on a 24-hour period. Every ½ hour after your vehicle enters the facility, the charge is $3.00. After 2 ½ hours, the maximum daily rate of $13.95 per day is charged plus 10% city tax. We also offer a weekly rate of $79.95 with a 7-day minimum stay required. Stays longer than 7 days will be prorated at $11.42 per day plus 10% city tax. • Do you offer any discounts? Please check our website
